i needed good advice and a company that would help cut a good deal for me since i was interested in purchasing two properties. they werent willing to work with me and tey didnt budge on lowering the interest rate. i told them i knew of places that were offering better deals but they said they werent going to change the rate for me even though i was referred to them by a loyal member! i didnt think they were friendly in a business mode so i probably wont go back to them.
