Review content:
The original saleperson was arrogant and condescending, but based on his knowledge and thorough explanation and the fact that neighbors had used Ohio State Waterproofing a few years ago and were very satisfied, I signed the contract. I was glad I did. The foreman, Bill, and his crew were prompt each morning, courteous in their manner, and worked diligently throughout the time they were here. Even though the footprint of my house is relatively small, I was amazed that they completed everything in three days. They paid attention to detail, used care in moving appliances and other large cabinets, and kept me informed as the job progressed. The men on the crew appeared to get along well and to be motivated to do good work, which speaks well of trainers and managers. The basement looks great and doesn't smell damp and moldy anymore. The test will be when the rains come, but at this point, I am totally satisfied.
