I recently went to see Dr. Sudbrink for an extraction and was very scared. I never had to have a tooth removed and didn't know what to expect. His reception staff welcomed me to the office and was extremely friendly. I was surprised to find that they didn't require a lot of registration paperwork! The nursing staff was very knowledgable and encouraged me to ask a lot of questions to help put my mind at ease. Dr. Sudbrink couldn't have been any better. He explained why it was in my best interest to have to tooth removed and even helped me review different options to have the tooth replaced. I am having a dental implant placed in a few weeks and can't believe that I am actually looking forward to it!!! The billing coordinator has been great in communicating to me what my insurance benefits mean and how the claims process work. I am telling everyone that this has truly been a positive experience for me and can't wait to smile with my new implant!
