My case wasn't really simple, but Arsen knew what to do. I can ABSOLUTELY recommend Arsen V. Baziyants's immigration attorney services.
I filed my first case with a different lawyer in CA. Than I got some difficulty with the case. I moved to Las Vegas, than I talked to some lawyers. There was only two lawyers who could actually offer me a way to apply for green card. Both of them were very knowledgeable but Arsen seemed to be more friendly and more mindful (not to mention his very fair prize) so I decided to go with him. And it was a great decision because I just received the answer from the UCSIS that they approved my application!!! I'm super happy and I'm very thankful for all his work!
We filed an I-360 form. It took about 6 weeks to get all the paperwork together but Arsen knew what we need for the good results. The USCIS didn't even requested any further documents, they made the decision based on what we filed. This shows how professional hi is. After 15 months of waiting I received the the beautiful word "approved" :)))
Working with him wasn't really a work. He really takes care about his clients. It was more like having a very good friend who is helping me with my case. Any time I sent email to him he replied me back right away, I could always reach him on the phone. Even if he couldn't pick up the phone he called me back in a half an hour. He is very patient, kind, very knowledgeable, he knows all the options you could have. He kept me posted all the time. I was very satisfied with his services.
