I went to Saturday's the e main st location and Jeff was my stylist today. I asked for something pretty basic i just wanted the dead ends cut off of my 11 year old daughters hair. wash, condition, blowdry, flat iron , cut dead ends. He was very insulting he said he could'nt work mircles, said her hair was soo difficult to work with. Were spanish so curly hair is what hes referring to.He asked how many relaxers have I put on my daughters hair i replied none.
my daughters hair looked like a huge puff ball not flat ironed at all, it was very greasy.it was gross. He was sarcastic, condescending, and flat out rude. my daughter hair looked like some rattailed dog's and he chopped chunks where ever he saw fit. NEVER AGAIN. my daughter was in tears when we left, she said i never want to go to him again. WE WONT!!!
