I used this company and they have very suspicious practices. I needed a tub rodding and after all their nickle and diming charges came to over $900 and still not fixed. They claimed other repairs were neede to fix. SO it would cost over another $1100 to come back. I researched Angies and BBB before they came back and freaked out at the terrible reporst and then I felt scammed. I called anothe plumber in who rodded and unclogged the tub for under $100...so dont tell me Bishop isnt questionable. Report after report reflects the same experiences for tons of people. WHy hasnt the consumer protection agency gone after them is beyond me. Even an Alderman turned down a bid for goverment contract because of their poor record in MAY 2012 look at it:
