I've been going to Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza Center for about 10 years. They've done major air conditioning work, all the maintenance of transmissions, front end work, state inspections, plus all the basic maintenance. They're good about sending out notices and reminders.
I continue to use their service because it all gets back to trust and relationships. That's the key to developing long term business. We can sit down and talk pretty plain. I don't have any reason to believe they're trying to load up a bill. It gets down to trust. I also believe their prices are very reasonable.
I just think they're a couple of quality guys that won't lead you down the primrose path or anything. They're just quality people. In fact, I find all the people down there to be good and relationship-minded.
