Review content:
I've been to Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza several times. They have always done a great job at communicating with me. There was one snafu where I had an emergency and either they ordered the wrong part or the wrong part was delivered, so it took longer to get my car back. Again, my total experience is that they have gone out of their way to help me out. I'm very loyal to them, and I can't imagine going to someone else.
The only reason I gave them a 4 on total experience was because of the one time my car got back to me a little later than it should have. I'm very happy with them otherwise. Everyone there is nice, easy to talk to, and very supportive.
