At Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza Center if there is anything that needs to be done, even if it is little, they tell their customers without just automatically doing it. As a single female I never feel the need to verify if what they told me was fair.
There was one point where I didn't have another car, and they loaned me an old car they had out back. Everybody who works there is great like that. I first came to them because my mechanic started working there. I found out that every one of them is just as honest, and they truly care about their customers. I have been going there almost 10 years, and you don't often find a place where people are so sincere.
I tell everybody I know that they should go and talk to Rick & Ray's. They are very, very knowledgeable, and if one of them can't answer, there will be someone else who can. They have been in the car business forever, and they hire people who are very knowledgeable. It is very rare that I don't know ahead of time what they are going to do, because they usually can diagnose it by me just explaining it.
The whole crew and office, visiting with them is like seeing a favorite uncle after you haven't seen him in awhile. When I get something done there I hang out with Cindy at the desk and visit with everybody who comes through. They are kind of like family because that is how they make their customers feel.
They are also great with all kinds of cars. It doesn't matter if it is an old car or a new car, they will get it fixed. I have a rare car, and they will search until they find the right part. They take it as a personal challenge. They won't tell their customers that they can't work on certain cars because they are difficult to find parts for. When you find somebody this good, it is important to tell people about them. I can't say enough good about Rick & Ray's.
