Review content:
I first found out about Sound Advice through an internet search. They were very professional and they did a good job of diagnosing the problem. We did have a few snags with the initial system planning for us. However, they are great at thinking outside the box to make the system work. The project that Sound Advice did for us was to install an audio-visual system that connected my computer system to my sixty-five-inch plasma. The project would allow me to provide a computer presentation with sound to other business associates.
It was a good experience. I would use Sound Advice again for sure. The price point was good. My concern was that after I spent the money, I would have to pay for the extra time since the initial plan did not work. However, they didn't do that. They came up with new ideas and implemented the new plan without further charges. They ultimately took a little longer but when the project was finished, it worked great.
