I have used Auto Body Masters twice. I have had the misfortune since living in Los Angeles to be hit by other people three times. Two of those times I used Auto Body Masters, and both times were extremely favorable. They were very professional and recognized that there is an emotional tie with your vehicle. They were very patient with everything.
I worked with Nick in the service department, and he was timely, articulate, personable, and extremely professional. In their general service group I was helped by Jaime, and he made sure everything was out of my car. When I forgot something, he got it and put it aside for me for the next day.
The car was totaled, so I am not going to have it repaired, but if I have the misfortune of an accident again, I will make sure to use Auto Body Masters because it worked very well for me to use them.
