I don not know how they are still in business treating people the way they do! ||[]DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LYING SCUM BAGS.... THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I rented from them for one day because we were in need desperate need of a generator. Our basement flooded and our power went out. Long story short.... I used the generator for 2 hours rented for 1/2 a day and was charged for over 2 days!! I tried to return the generator twice. Each time they were closed early.... So they charged me for 2 days. I disputed it with my bank. The notes on my account from them called me a "Queen" and they made remarks like I could afford it because I drive a nice new car. JERKS! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these CROOKS! I don't even want to give them 1 star, they don't deserve it. Pay in cash if you are in desperate need, that way they cant put unauthorized charges on your card. Did I mention they were rude. Horrible Customer service.
