Dr. Stern pays great attention to detail. He is also gentle especially with the novocaine needle. I came to his office just prior to a trip to Hawaii since my previous dentist was getting on in age and had done some questionable work.As it turned out, I was correct about my prior dentist and Dr. Stern identified very quickly that I had a couple of teeth that needed some very serious repair. He anticipated problems on my trip and provided me with a couple of prescriptions. Sure enough one of those teeth went abscessed at the beginning of my second week on vacation.Upon my return, Dr. Stern did two root canals and crowned one tooth and filled the other. Very professional work. I wish I had seen him sooner as I would have enjoyed my week on the Big Island much better!
