I recommend Tune Tech Automotive all the time. I stopped using my other mechanic that I had used for years in order to go to Tune Tech. First of all, they have been here for a long time, and they have been in the same location. That is nice because I know they are going to stay.
Ken is honest. One of the things I like about his shop is that it is very professional, clean, and organized. At a lot of different shops you see used parts and tools spread all over, the floors are a mess, and there is no organization. At Tune Tech the look of the place gives the feeling that they know what they are doing and will do it well. I have been using them for about 3 years.
Ken goes out of his way to try to accommodate what you need time wise. About 95% of the time he has the job completed when he says he is going to have it done. For example, if I ask to pick it up at 4:30 it is usually always done at 4:30.
The repairs are great. I have had some custom work done on a car of mine, and we got the parts from somewhere else. The parts ended up failing. Ken checked the parts twice, and even reset the diagnostic computer to check again. He let me know that it was a part failure and didn't charge me anything until the replacement parts were in. He is a very honest individual. He does good work. When you find someone like that, you want to keep them.
