I went to this salon for the first time recently and had highlights, lowlights, and a malibu treatment done. The salon itself is not very impressive but the staff was really nice. My color turned out fine, but, as a result of the color being left on my hair too long I now have burns on my scalp. I contacted the business about this and she suggested that it must be due to an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the product ( although, I advised her the burns are centralized in one area of my head and that I have had Redken color put on my hair for the last 6 1/2 years approx. every 4 to 6 months). She made no offer to resolve the situation in anyway at all. . Also, this salon is more expensive than nicer salons in the area. I am disappointed. I really wanted to like this salon.
