They said it would take 2 days to get my car fixed. They dropped my transmission and never even called me to tell me they had to order another one along with another part. Took 4 days to get my transmission and didnt even check to see if the part i needed came with it. Then took another 3-4 days to find and get that part. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They only paid for a rental car for one day. Only because i made them and still didnt want to pay for it. They told me EVERY SINGLE DAY that my car would be done the next day and it went on for over a week and a half. I will NEVER come back here EVER. AND I SUGGEST NO ONE COME HERE EVER!!! They wouldnt even take money off my bill for being such a hige inconvenience. Ive been told similar stories after i already had it in the shop. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
