I left this facility in tears, have never been treated this badly, do not go here if you have a choice heed the warning i give. A month ago I moved out here and was in between doctors and insurance, I have severe neck problems and needed to be seen due to pain. After waiting for 2 hours the ER Dr. on call came in and asked what was wrong. I explained that I have neck problems that are permenant from an accident in my teens, and that I have been monitored for years and had multiple surgeries. I was hurting and it was limiting my mobility so that is why i had come in. He then looked at me and said that he had neck problems as well and had similiar surgeries and that I needed to learn to deal with it with no medication. He went on to say to me "One day there will be an information pipeline that will connect all ER's to catch people like you chasing medications" !!!!!! Really are you kidding me this was the only time i had been to an ER in years, that was insane and rude, he should be fired. The ER Nurse came in to discharge me and I was in tears and she asked what had happened. When i told her she disclosed to me that when he gave her my chart he said very ugly things and called me an addict. She then looked at me and said wow, it is clear that you are in pain and definatly do not look like an addict to her. She gave me a number to call and complain and told me that she would inform her boss of the incident. I called and made a complaint, and they could care less, just wanted to know when i would be paying the bill. I cannot stress enough,,,,do NOT GO HERE!!
