Review content:
My wife and I bought our house on 5/1/07 and had another carpet cleaning company come in and clean every inch of carpet before we moved in. I thought we were getting the best job from the best company, due to the amount of avdertising that they do and the image that they portray.
Well, here we are three years later and our carpet looks like it had NEVER been cleaned, as the dirt was working itself up from underneath, due to it being soaked into the pad, by some guy who was "all wet." Needless to say, I was not calling him again.
I had heard of Big Sky Chem Dry once before, so I thought I would give them a try, as I saw their ad in last week's Flathead Beacon. I called Nate and he set up an appointment two days after I called.
When the tech got here, he helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture and we both worked on the job for the next three hours. He was doing all of the work and I was helping him move his hoses around the corners and out of his way.
When we got done, EVERYTHING LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! The price was exactly what he quoted me and was about half of what the "All Wet" guy got me for.
I have lived all of my life in Kalispell and these guys do things the way we want them done in the Flathead - right, the first time.
Thank you,
CHUCK & TINA
