It is not a good day when your car starts rattling and you have to pull over and call for a tow. It is a good day, however, when you call Tvetens and talk to Ray who says, sure bring your car right in! We had what I call a calamity in that we needed a whole new engine. The cost was more that what we wanted to put into a car that is 13 years old. What we didnt know was that Tvetens has an insurance policy for their Loyalty Customers. Since we took our car in for routine oil changes and other maintenance issues in a timely manner, we were considered loyalty customers and qualified for $2000.00 off our bill. On top of that, we had use of a loaner car for several weeks at no charge while decisions were being made by us and the insurance company. We couldnt be happier with the service provided by Tvetens auto clinic and their staff. You can be sure we will continue to be loyal customers and tell our friends that you can trust Tvetens to take care of your car and more importantly, you the customer.
