I initially decided to use J C Melton Air Conditioning because they have a good reputation. I have dealt personally with Jack Melton and can say that his father taught him well! Now, Jack's sons are involved in the business, too, and they do an excellent job.
Their pricing also is the best in town. I had contacted a few different companies when I decided to get an AC system for my house, and I liked what Jack had to offer.
Jack took the time to educate me and explain everything to me in terms of the different units and pricing. I appreciated that he was concerned with the value that I was getting and was looking out for my interest. He wanted to make sure that I got a good system, exactly what I needed, and did not try to sell me anything more.
When they came to install my unit, they did not leave until everything was right. Also, when I had a problem with the unit recently and it was 108 degrees in my house, I talked to Jack and he sent his guys out right away. He took it very seriously and responded quickly.
I told my mother about the unit that I got and my experience with J C Melton, and she decided to get a unit and use them, too. She also had them do extra work for her. They cleaned up well afterward -- it looked just like it did before they came.
I highly recommend J C Melton Air Conditioning. You get what you pay for and, if you ever have any problems, they are right there for you. Jack and his sons genuinely care about the customer and are very hands-on. That is why they have been in business so long and why their business is going strong.
