Review content:
I called The Garage Door Company when I couldn't get my door to go up or down, and they were able to come out the same day. The door is thirty years old, and I had broken one of the springs. They replaced both springs for me, made all the necessary adjustments, and then lubricated the rails. It was a full service job.
I was pleased with what The Garage Door Company did for me, and I thought that for the money is was really good. My only problem was they they gave me a two hour window for when they would be here, and told me they would call on the way. Well, they showed up 5 minutes before the deadline, and didn't call first. Also, their ad mentioned a senior discount, and they told me over the phone they would apply it to my final bill. My wife forgot to ask for it specifically, and they didn't make the deduction.
However, they were able to make it here the same day, so I was happy with them. They were prompt, and did a thorough job for me. I would use them again in the future.
