Customer service these days is lacking in so many ways, but you guys really do go above and beyond, and it makes such a huge difference. There's no high-pressure sales pitch, everyone was great to work with, the install was quicker than anticipated (and they picked up every little trace of construction work around the house, without us even having to call when the snow melted), and it was just a great experience all around. The roof looks great, and the added ventilation and insulation have kept the ice damming away completely (where it used to be a huge problem). The neighbors comment on the new roof and how "nothing sticks" to it. Some folks complain about metal roofs being loud in the rain, but with enough insulation in the attic, if it is... we don't hear it. It's been almost a year, and we're still thrilled with the purchase. My last car cost about as much, but the car is now worthless and my home has a permanent and beautiful roof. Excellent investment, in my opinion. Thanks to Mike, Dana, and everyone else involved in the project.
