Review content:
The main branch of the Allen County Public Library is a model for other libraries in the country. The old structure is currently under construction and should be finished next year. The genealogy department is the second largest in the United States and hosts researchers from all over the world. The media library has a selection that is better than most video and CD stores, however, I do question the wisdom of spending tax dollars to buy CDs such as "Speed" to rent at a public library. I think only educational or instructional videos should be purchased with tax dollars. Parking is tough at the interim library location.
