I haven't had a lot of opportunities to use Troby's Maytag, the the couple of times I did, I received excellent service. I feel their prices are comparable to the larger 'box stores' in the metropolitan areas. I had mechanical problems with my washing machine and when I called to explain the problem, the clerk told me exactly how I could fix the problem and the part only cost me $14! I was prepared to buy a new washing machine; however, with their help was able to save hundreds of dollars. Now that's what I call service!
