Being a military family - we move quite often. Our number one preference is SIZE - SIZE - SIZE. We need the biggest apartment we can find.
We are in an apartment in Seven Trails that is bigger than most peoples homes.
The staff here - both at the office and maintenance are SUPER.
The rates for leasing an apartment are just as competitive as other locations on Manchester in the Ballwin/Manchester area.
There are many community parties throughout the year - some for adults only - other's for the entire family.
We do not have designated parking so if you are afraid of walking at times - this may not be the place for you - but HEY! Walking is good for you!
They offer four pools on the property - one is for adults only.
