Review content:
Terrible car maintenance service. We took our car in for maintenance and was warned to bring it back soon because it needed work on the brakes. We took the car back in 2 weeks, and received a phone call that our car did not need brake pads or anything else and they didn't know who we spoke with but there was nothing wrong. When we put the brakes on while driving the car it sounded like metal rubbing against metal. We also explained to them one of the front tires was making a lot of road noise so they took the car for a ride in their parking lot and informed us there was nothing wrong with it. We took our car to another business and found out we did need work done on the brakes and a front end alignment, and the tire Sears staff told us that they could not find anything wrong, was cupped due to the car being out of alignment. We have since had the maintenance taken care of by the awesome mechanics at PEP Boys and the car is running better than it ever has. Way to go PEP Boys! Se
