I took my car in for a routine oil change before a long trip to TN. He noticed that my tie rod was broken. If it would have broke on our trip it would have turned into a catastrophe. We only had one day to get it fixed and he was able to do it for us at a very fair price. He even tried to work with my warranty. It is great to know you can go to a shop and you are not going to get taken for more money or work you really do not need. Thanks Al!
