I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Pierce since the late 90's - I even followed her when she went from another practice to open her own with Dr. McKenney. Everytime I go in, I feel they care for my pets like I do. Dr. Pierce even will remember an incident with my first pet I brought her that died 10 years ago. They really get to know each and every pet. It's also great to know should Dr. Pierce be out that Dr. McKenney is just as good. No more panic button should I have a pet emergency on my vet's day off :). I recently went when the newest vet Dr. Baker was there and she was wonderful as well. Diagnosed my dog's issue very quickly and had the same caring manner as the other doctors. The front desk is also super - they always remember me and are happy to try and answer questions over the phone to save me a trip. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets!!
