I worked with Mr. Murray in 2008 during a very difficult time in my life. I was going through a divorce and had to short-sell my house. Pat was great to work with. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to sell my property within 2 weeks during the mortgage crisis which was extremely impressive.
Patrick not only worked numerous hours on showing the property to potential buyers but he also took the time to contact me daily to keep me informed of the status which is unheard of in the realty market. This was the best experience I ever had working with a realtor and I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
