Unfortunately, my experiences with Kevin Flood have been less than satisfactory. My deck which he rebuilt has not lasted three years and is now being resurfaced by another contractor (unable to get Kevin to do the job, in spite of his promises to repair said deck) Nice guy, but totally unreliable. What I don't understand is how Chase Builders expects to do business on Mercer Island when they have forgotten the cardinal rule: if you are doing to do work within your community, make sure it is good work. Neighbors talk, and if you don't do it right, at least make it right. Kevin has not followed these simple guidelines, so he is doing himself, and his irate customers, a disservice.
