My water heater started leaking a just recently and did not know where to turn. I eventually went to Home Depot and Sears to price a new water heater. I ended up talking to salesperson at Home depot who put me on the phone to talk to Sales rep for Fast Water Heater Company. Sales rep was very pleasant and answered all my questions including the size and price I was comfortable with.
The rep even try to find out if he had a technician that could come out that same day(sunday) but he could not. He was able to schedule a tech for the following day. I did not have to wait days or weeks (cold showers are no fun). The following day I went to Home depot to pick up a pan to fit under the heater and while at the store the tech called to let me know that he finished a job early and he is on his way to my house. I immediately called my son and told him to look out for the tech and to let him know that if he got to my house before I do to please wait for me. The tech beat me to my house and yes he waited for me. What a guy! I apologized and thank him for waiting. Some other person would have taken off and not wait. The tech explained all the rules to me and let me know what my options were. He was very professional. He then told me that they were out of the gallon I had requested and he will give me a gallon that was more for the same price they had quoted me. Can't beat that. He then proceeded to install the heater in no time by himself....I will recommend these guys in second..
