Review content:
Tech did a great job fixing my garage door about a week ago. He installed a new spring, rollers and gear for the motor, which were all shot. He worked quickly and it was clear he knows what he's doing.
He voluntarily did some other things which I appreciated, like securing loose wires for the sensors which hadn't originally been installed correctly.
I could tell he took pride in his work and cared about safety, as well as overall customer satisfaction. He gave me a discounted price but I can't really comment on his rates because this is the first time I've ever had anything done with a garage door.
