I have been a customer of Southern Comfort Mechanical for about two years now. Initially, I starting using their company to repair my aging, builder’s grade unit as I financially was not able to afford a system replacement. I had them out to my Corinth home for several repair calls and each time they were there within hours, repaired they system, and charged a very reasonable price. Shane is terrific. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Each time, he went the extra mile and did the little things like cleaning out the outside unit thoroughly, dressing other wires, etc. I recently decided to do a whole house system replacement and got many quotes from vendors in the area. This summer I pulled the trigger on a new system, and ultimately chose Southern Comfort not only because they were competitive in pricing, but because of the great service I had first hand with this company.
