Businiess name:  Domino's Pizza

Review content:
This Domino's pizza is seriously lacking customer service skills. The first time I called is the first time I moved into my neighborhood about two years ago. I ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda one night after we had just moved in, so we had boxes all around and the kids were hungry. So we waited for about an hour and nothing. Okay, maybe they're backed up. 2 hours later, I'm on the phone with them and they said that the driver couldn't find us, so basically they just never showed up! If I hadn't called, I would have never known anything! They charged my card awful quick and I made them refund me. Despite this, I ordered from them again--it was a pretty new neighborhood and I wasn't really mad that the driver couldn't find our house, but that noone had called. Anyways, I called to order for a Friday evening and they said 30 mins to 45 mins. Well, while I was ordering all I heard in the background was all sorts of cursing and taunting and then the person taking my order started calling someone some names that should have really been kept under wraps. I was shocked! Anyways, if you can order from another place (I recommend Middletown Pizza--even though they don't deliver, but it's WELL worth it!), do so. The Domino's across from the Exxon is not where you want to order from. If it's not their severely lacking customer service skills it's you wishing on a star that they actually show up, this time. Hahahahaha!!! Just beware.
