Review content:
My experience with Handyman Matters Boston was not perfect, but it was pretty darn close! I'd use them again in a second. The guy who came to do the work was great. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He definitely knew what he was doing. He even made some recommendations for a project I was working on that was completely unrelated to the work he was doing, but I really appreciated the help because it worked. I was thrilled with the results. The owner came by to inspect the job. And he was nice, maybe not as friendly as the person who did the work, but still very nice. But, I got the sense that he was pressuring the guy doing the job to work faster. It turned out that they had to come back to fix something. They were more than happy to come back out, that wasn't the issue. However, I feel as though if the time had been allowed in the first place, then it would not have been necessary to make another trip out. They were a great company to work with. And I would use them again in a second! Michael Goodwin
