Frankie Turner with Flowers by Frankie is a definite for your wedding. She did an awesome job with my flowers at my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and her prices beat everyone else's I talked with. She was awesome with working with my budget. I told her what I wanted to spend and she came up with beautiful flowers that were exactly what I wanted.
