They were pretty good with me. Sure, like any business that deals with more than 10 clients, it may take some time to have them return a call and or to talk to the lawyer. But what they do is exactly what I deep down want: take care of my case, fight for me, and get me money. They did all those better than any other firm. So if the lawyer doesn't call me back right away (mostly nothing to report, does take a few months) and then calls be to give me a 5 figure offer. I'm ok with that. I've recommended Paul and his team to my neighbor and he just got his settlement (not as much as mine, but he would use this firm again)
