I really was I was able to give it negative stars for this place. The hotel is in need of repair, it is over run with cock roaches, and the pictures that are used online for the hotel had to have been taken many years ago when it was first built. During our short stay there the police were always at the place for battery or drug possession and once they came to pick up an employee there that was a pedophile. The hotel staff consists of x cons all the staff there has criminal records. And on the times the police had showed up they were urging people to find another place to stay because this place is not safe. If you think this review is harsh please call the Kerrville Police Department and get the review from them.
Also the 5 star ratings of this place is coming from the friends of the hotel manager begging her friends to go on and write reviews for her. DON't GET DOOPED !!! There are far much better places to stay in Kerrville than this dump. Kerrville is a great little town to visit just don't visit the BIG TEXAS INN.
