After being left with a half way fixed sewer line by another well known plumbing company I was saved by Douglas at Fox. He actually knew what he was doing, left the home in workable condition (we had a cracked sewer line), reassured the tenant there was no sewage in their washer, set up a FREE at no extra charge a camera inspection (Beware! Charging for this service by offering it and then telling after telling it costs extra a common practice with other companies) so I would know where the crack was so I didn't have to dig up the whole line.
The person on the phone made sure I knew the price before they even sent somebody out. This was a weekend emergency and the fee Fox charge was only slightly higher than the other company. that came out during normal working hours.
I sure wish I had called Fox the first time and I will never call anybody else again.
