Review content:
This was my 3rd and last time working w/ Exec. Exteriors. The project was to replace rotted & damage boards, scrape, and paint 2 car garage.
Issues:
- 50 over budget
- a month over expected completion date
- poor prject management & communication
- completed work that was below expectations
- combative attitude exihibited toward client by project manager
Additional Details: The owner gave me a low bid that would go up by 50 by projects end, he assigned a project manager (his brother) that seemed to have no experience with managing a project bigger then installing drapes & was combative in each conversation - which were infrequent at best. The project started a month later then scheduled (I had already made a payment on the Line of Credit, before any paint was scraped. The wood needed for replacement was either not ordered or by PM or lost by lumber yard causing the delay; but I was never informed of any delay until I actually contacted Exec. Ext.
