I live in a rural neighborhood about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh. I have an old sewerage system with terracotta drainage over 60 years old, needless to say it had gotten blocked and a plumber was needed. I had called a local plumber 3 days earlier....and was told they would get back to me...never heard from them. I called back and canciled,then called Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter came the same day was prompt,efficent,courtous,and did the work that was needed. My clog is gone,my worries have vanished and Roto-Rooter gave me a 6 month guarantee on their work. What more could you ask for? Thanks again for great service.
