My rails were over forty years old and still in good shape but loose and the base was rusted from the ravages of time and weather. He removed them from the concrete, removed the base, had them sanded and professional powder colored and then reinstalled in concrete with a new base . They looked brand new and beautiful in a new color as well. Bob has wonderful people skills, always arrives promptly and as I stated does a wonderful job. His pricing is fair and his work ethic excellent.
