This office was great. Great staff, friendly and outgoing almost all-women staff. Doctor Bifano was very nice and informative. But, my insurance was not factored into my prescription and I ended up paying full price. When it was brought up to the office's attention, they offered account credit instead of cash pay out. I wanted the cash pay out and it took a letter requesting such for me to get a check back. Left a bitter taste in my mouth due to reluctancy of giving me my overpaid money back...
