Late in the evening on August 14th in Pittsburgh, around 10 PM, we found ourselves in the need of a plumber due to a sewage backup in our garage. I knew that I would pay a premium for off hours service, but frankly I could not take the odor :(
We called 3 different services and Roto-Rooter came back with the quickest time so we went with them.
Our technician Matt showed up ahead of schedule and was incredible to work with. What a, well, crappy job and to be called out at such a late hour, and he we friendly and professional. He took his time to access the situation and gave us his quote, which was the same price as the other services plus the guarantee was better than our other plumber.
It was a pleasure having Matt on the job and so far all is well. I would definitely work with Roto-Rooter again.
