Review content:
Well Jim from a company called Encore Better Homes came out today as per my request and took a look at my roof, after taking the time to completely go over my roof he explained in great detail how he would go about fixing it then Jim gave me a free written estimate. Well I felt very comfortable hiring his company to repair my storm damage Roof. They show up the next day and went right to work, I told them that I was headed over to my sister’s house and would be back later, well I came back and was flabbergasted by how much was done, I wanted to think Jim and ask where he was at? One of his workers told me that he left this concerned me greatly. Jim had told me he would be here the entire time, well I waited and when Jim pull up and got out of his truck he was soaking wet from head to toe. When I ask him what had happen? He said that his Church Deacon had called and their Church Basement was filling up with water and could he come right over? Well what I’m saying is Jims a good person and honest I call him for all my Home repairs and so does everyone at my place of worship. Oh and by the way my roof was done that day and it looks great and does not leak and on top of that he gave me a 20 year warranty on materials.

P.S. I received a free 20 dollar Pre-Paid gas card just for letting Jim look at my Roof! Just so you know no one was cursing and all the men where very polite, what a refreshing change from the young men you so often run across in your everyday life.
