My wife and I are die hard Honda owners, we currently own a 2002 Odyssey and a 2009 Accord. We had problems with the Odyssey transmission we brought it to Carmen's he checked it out for free and explained the whole problem in detail that the transmission in that year was problematic and it was senseless to put in a junk yard trans only to have it go bad so he recommended a completely rebuilt transmission with warranty and upgrade preventing the problem from happening again 120 k later still shifting fine thanks to his honesty. I would recommend EVERY Honda and Acura owner to service their vehicles at Carmen's, if they want affordability, honesty, and excellent customer loyalty!
