Don't go here unless you want to be herded like cattle. We wait on average one hour before we see anyone at our visits. They rope you in at the start and then string you along and turn into devils. I have worked with the public for over 20 yrs and I have never been treated as rudely as I have been here - the secretaries care more about gossiping in front of clients and talking with family on the phone than they do about working. The young receptionist has the rudest, "I could care less" attitude and needs to go to charm school so she can actually grow a heart and become a REAL human being instead of an overweight and bitter robot. They apparently think that you have no schedule and could care less about you or your concerns. Carla (IUI nurse in Cary) is the only one that is truly genuine & Dr Mulvaney means well, but is stretched too thin between two offices - he is THE ONLY one that explains things so that a layperson can understand them - Dr Toma is the most rude, inconsiderate, obnoxious and arrogant Dr. I have ever met. He needs to formally retire since he obviously checked out of patien care decades ago. Save yourself the money, (10k + meds that are 3K for one cycle) the hurt, the aggrevation and the stress & time and go somewhere else- anywhere else would be better than here. Trust me. I have NEVER been treated with such little respect as I have been at NCCRM.
