Businiess name:  Paul's Pizza & Seafood

Review content:
Paul's Pizza, Falmouth, MA.  I was stationed at Otis AFB on the Cape from 1961-1964. Paul's Pizza was then on Main St. in front of it's present location. I often went to Paul's for his linguica pizza. I now live in NH and the drive to Falmouth is a little long for a weekday evening (2.5 hrs in good traffic) but at least once a year I try to make it back to Paul's. I don't think I've ever ordered anything but linguica pizza. When Paul started the place he had linguica made especially for his pizza somewhere on Fall River or New Bedford & I think they still do. Among other things, it's not as greasy as supermarket linguica. Paul died several years ago but, as I understand it, his daughter still runs the place and makes the pizza the same way Paul did. Don't miss this place. And don't even THINK about not trying the linguica pizza at least once! (P.S. if you ever find out how to make pizza as Paul's does....especially the crust...please tell me. I'll love you for the rest of my life!) Dennis
