Review content:
My experience with Superior NW Tree & Shrub Care was great. They were timely, knowledgeable and professional.
I initially saw their ad in the phone book, then looked them up online and saw that they had a nice website with great customer feedback.
When they call you to confirm the scheduled service, they give you a guessitmate as to when they will be there. They were right on time.
They also were very clear about the work they did. They came to the door a couple of times to ask questions to be sure it was the way I wanted it.
They did some tree pruning and general cleaning up for me. I had some overgrown apple trees as well as some pine tress that they tried to salvage as best they could. They had to take one down.
They hustled and cleaned up nicely afterward. They almost left the place neater than it was when they arrived.
The guys who did the work knew what they were doing and worked well together.
