Great service. Came home after being gone in the afternoon on a Sat. & air was not blowing cool. Called Southern Comfort and within 30 min., BJ was out to my McKinney TX home. Diagnosed the problem quickly, did not try to up-sell, & showed me how he diagnosed the problem. Normally would have had the part in his truck but had to come back first thing Sunday morning. Before he left Sat., he showed me how to keep my home as cool as possible to sleep during the night. Was back early Sun. morning and fixed problem before the weather was getting hot again. Had my air conditioning back running perfectly in less than 12 hours. Many of my friends have had to wait 4-5 days at least this past summer for their air conditioning to be fixed. Will recommend.
